Is Australia still a a convict colony in 2017? Have we been deluded by mischief of omission  into believing we are free, have we been deluded into believing we can own our land? Either Australians own their land outright or  we are leaseholders of crown land with privileged rights under the ancient feudal system of land ownership  and the land is on the revenue roll due for perpetual, compulsory payment, and the named subject recorded at the office of land records becomes responsible for the payment.  We think we are free. A man's home is his castle against the whole world. Are you a free subject of the British Realm in Australia or are you still considered a convict. Do you really own the land which your home, business or farm sits upon? In this presentation, I will be discussing land in Australia and who actually owns land by the laws of the Commonwealth Realm. In 1660 in a decree from Commonwealth Parliament and the Crown, subjects of the realm were granted land ownership. All land parcels sold off from the crown were no longer in subjection to the perpetual, compulsory feudal fee now termed in modern times useage as land rates. The archaic feudal doctrine was abolished from 1660 "forever hereafter" the land revenue roll was backdated 15 years to 1645.
